Yogananda's Gita is a mainstay in my life, but it was always a challenge traveling with the two-volume set. Now I can literally fit this 1000-page book in my pocket and I'm thrilled.I've read a lot of ebooks and oftentimes it seems like the publisher doesn't care too much about replicating the print edition, which is generally very nicely typeset etc. But SRF has gone to the nth degree to present this holy book in a most beautiful way. This is one of the deepest books you can find on the nature of reality, yoga, and the path of enlightenment anywhere. There is alot here and it takes alot of reading to get through it. But the science of yoga is clearly displayed. If you have read Patanjali's yoga sutras, those are a cliff notes version of what's in here.

5 stars is not enough! Yogananda is amazing! Everything I have ever read from him is beyond 5 star ratings.I am not going to cover the same things that have been covered by all of the other reviewers. So I will keep it short: This 2 volume set is amazing in it's excellence. Paramhansa Yogananda is a master.
