This is definitely a companion book. As someone just starting my DBT journey I was confused by the brief and overly simple explanations. My hope is that with more knowledge of the DBT fundamentals I can extract more from this workbook. I also found the workbook to be fairly triggering without the fundamentals skills to wrangle those emotions. This book is meant to be used after already walking a therapeutic path for the time needed to move past the intensity of the emotions that come with anger.
Very helpful for anyone who has already completed the original workbook and is looking for specific help with anger. It is a little thinner than the original book. Worth the money and effort to learn the skills.

This is readable with really good information. I am a psychologist and I found it had useful information that I used with clients.
I bought this as an adjunct to "Anger Management for Dummies". But this book says alot of the same things. Also, it is intended to go along with one on one DBT as well as group meetings. So, there's alot of material in it that I'm not really using. Seems like a good book, just not really what I needed.
Excellent workbook to work with clients. I highly recommend it! Clients can put into practice the exercises included. These exercises are easy to follow and yet very helpful.
My relationship problems due to my anger we're really bad this book helped sooooo much thank god for this book and its exercises
